Looking after children and educating them in their early years is a highly rewarding job. At KidCo, we acknowledge the critical role of childcare providers in our community.

When you become a part of the KidCo family, as a full-time employee or as an apprentice, you will work with colleagues who have years of experience in childcare and have access to our fantastic staff training and development programmes. We are a bustling and very popular day nursery set in 3.5 acres offering plenty of outside play, fun and nurtured learning. Along with apprenticeships and full training packages, we have a company pension scheme, free uniform and off street parking for all our staff.

We offer apprenticeships which give you the chance to gain an accredited childcare qualification. As valued members of our team our apprentices have access to the same early years training and development opportunities as all KidCo Nursery staff members.

The fact that we care about our staff is clearly reflected by how much we invest in each member of our team. We encourage and support the continued learning and development of our staff. As members of the EYA – Early Year Alliance we have access to a wide range of courses and during staff reviews we discuss learning aspirations and find courses best suited to these.
