Our Kitchen
All our meals are freshly prepared by our full time Kitchen Team who hold Level 2 qualifications in Food Safety, Allergy Awareness and Nutrition Awareness. We create a rolling 3 week menu for Spring/Summer and Autumn/Winter.
We seek out new recipes consulting with websites such as ‘Good Food’ and ‘School Food Trust’ to provide our children with an array of nutrition and flavours.
We cater for all dietary requirements and offer vegetarian and vegan alternatives for each meal, we also prepare and provide fresh fruit and vegetable purees for weaning babies.
Our team keep our inside spaces to a high standard of cleanliness and we are extremely proud to hold a 5* rating from environmental health in West Sussex.
.
Outside Spaces
Set in 3.5 acres of extensive grounds which is made up of large patio areas, a vast field and out own woodland making it an idyllic setting for nurturing growth and fun activities.
It offers all the outdoor experience a child could wish for with climbing apparatus, slides, a sandpit and digging area and our own woodland with mud kitchens, bug hotels and den making experiences.
The children love being outdoors and we have the perfect areas for outdoor learning. We take pride in caring for our environments both inside and out, keeping it well maintained and developing it further to support and extend all areas of learning.
.
Parking
We have plenty of Off Street Parking to keep your little ones safe when dropping them off and collecting and ask parents to take care and be observant when pulling into the car park for the safety of others.
We ask that parents turn left out of the driveway and go down to the roundabout to go right, trying to turn right out of the driveway at busy periods can cause a lot of congestion.
The speed limit in the car park is 5mph.
We ask that parents either carry their children across the car park or hold firmly to their child’s hand and take extra care.
